Delete your Wuddi account

You can delete your account and all data linked to it at any time, from inside the app:

1. Open Wuddi and sign in to your account.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

If you cannot open the app, email us from your account address at aliazxs@hotmail.com with the subject “Delete account”, and we complete the request within 30 days.

Data we delete

Name, username, email address, hashed password, optional phone number, profile photo, circle membership, and the requests and routines you created.

Data we keep

Encrypted backups may be retained for up to 90 days after deletion, then removed automatically. Nothing else is kept, and we never sell your data.

Delete your data and keep your account

To delete part of your data without closing your account, send a request from your account address to aliazxs@hotmail.com naming the data to remove (for example a profile photo, a request’s items, or a routine).

Data we delete

The data you name is permanently removed from your account and your circles, within 30 days.
